'This is a Great Dumbbell only workout for ANY fitness level,  beginners or Advanced for both men and Women can be done at home or outdoors!! Don\'t let the current situation change your fitness!  Training Plans  -30DAYS DUMBBELL ONLY EBOOK: https://obivincent.com  - CROSSLIFTR Training (Conventional or Crossfit Box) Program: https://obivincent.com  - Follow me on INSTAGRAM: https://www.instagram.com/obi_vincent/ ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖  WORKOUT 1 – TABATA STYLE  ROUND 1 30sec WORK | 30sec REST  1: DB DEADLIFTS  2: DB HANG CLEAN AND PRESS  3: DB HANG SNATCH 4: DB PLANK PASS THROUGH ROUND 2&3 Change to 40sec WORK : 20 REST  Rest 1-2mins between ROUNDS. X 3   WORKOUT 2 – MAX OUT  PART 1 - 12mins on the clock  1MIN – DB FR SQUATS (alt Goblet)  1MIN – DOUBLE DB GTOH (Single alt) 1MIN  - DB SNATCHES  1MIN – BURPEES OVER DB  Repeat x 3  (NOTE: Set a timer to ring every minute x 12 and what you want to do is start with FR SQUATS and once the 1st minute is over move straight onto performing max reps on GTOH, then once the 2nd minute is over move on to SNATCH ETC.. keep doing this for 12 mins TOTAL)   REST 2mins then onto Part 2 PART 2 - 9mins on the clock 1min – DB lunges (alternative normal lunges or fr rack r lunges)  1min – DB PUSH UPS  1min – SIT UPS   Repeat x 3 NOTE: Same principal applies here, except a shorter time.
